I havent tried this yet, but it will probably not work for the same reason other normal shadowstep skills dont work there or in Minister Cho's Estate mission. They are not true teleport skills. You will get stuck on any object you can not cross such as the wall going up to the platform. The Necro skills on the other hand are true teleport skills which ignore any and all objects in the way.

RtL might work, but I don't think it's really a teleport. Might need to test to confirm.

Ride the Lightning will not work. The skill description is misleading, and while it is not a shadow-step, it has the same restrictions as shadow stepping (as proven by player testing)
